Leslie C. Gerhart, Esq. 
After practicing law in East Greenville, Pennsylvania for more than 35 years, Leslie C. Gerhart has retired in the early months of 2010. His credentials and biography remain below.
Following his graduation from Upper Perkiomen High School, he earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Muhlenberg College and a J.D. from the Dickinson School of Law in 1970.
Mr. Gerhart is a member of the Montgomery County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations. He has actively practiced before the bench in his own county and before those in surrounding Berks, Bucks and Lehigh Counties. He has argued appeals before state appellate courts and administrative agencies. He is presently the solicitor for East Greenville Borough and for many years served in a similar capacity for the nearby Borough of Green Lane. In the truest sense of the word, he is a general practitioner whose clients range from such local governmental units to small businesses to individuals.
He has been actively engaged in the life of his community. He is a member and the solicitor for the East Greenville Fire Company and the East Greenville Owls Nest. He is a member of the Upper Perkiomen Valley Lion’s Club and was a member and past president of the Upper Perkiomen Valley Jaycee’s. Mr. Gerhart is a congregant at St. Marks Evangelical Lutheran Church in Pennsburg, Pennsylvania where he served on the Church Council. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Upper Perkiomen Valley United Way, Open Line and the Upper Perkiomen Valley Ambulance Association.
