BARRY J. TOMLINSON, Esq.

Barry J. Tomlinson, Esq. graduated from Widener University School of Law in 1983.  While attending Widener University School of Law he was the Editor of the Aviation Law Journal.  He also graduated from Upper Perkiomen High School in 1976 and Muhlenberg College in 1980, where he was a Political Science Major. Since graduating from law school in 1983, Attorney Barry J. Tomlinson served as an Assistant Montgomery County District Attorney.  After leaving the District Attorney’s Office, he joined the firm of Tomlinson and Gerhart in the General Practice of Law- counseling, advising and representing his clients.  Practice areas include Family Law, Wills, Estates, Estate Planning, Business Law, Personal Injury, Real Estate Law, Civil and Criminal Litigation.
